It is always best to have your birth time in order to cast your natal chart for a complete picture of your horoscope. Please check your birth certificate, if possible.

If the person gifted the reading has consented to it and is open to the insight of astrology, then yes.
The reading must be sent to the person whose chart is being analyzed, as I will only read charts intended for chart native.
As the Natal Chart is the map of the Soul and Destiny, guidance is given for that person only.
At this time, I am not a certified health astrologer and am unable to offer specific insight on health issues, other that in a very general sense.
For these readings, I use Placidus but may also look at Whole Sign Houses if the chart has intercepted houses.
